Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At itzforu, we take great care in crafting and delivering premium gifting products, including candles, fragrances, and curated gift items. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or broken during transit
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is missing items from the order
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Used or partially used products
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items
- Fragrance-related concerns once the product has been opened
2. Return Request Timeline
Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

- Clear photos or videos of the damaged product
- Images of the outer packaging and shipping label
Requests received after 3 days from delivery may not be eligible for return or replacement.
3. Return Approval
All return or replacement requests are subject to review and approval by our team.
Once approved:
- We may arrange a reverse pickup, or
- Request the customer to ship the product back to us
Return shipping instructions will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
4. Refund / Replacement Options
After verification of the returned item, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement of the same product (preferred option)
- Refund to the original payment method

- Refund processed within 5–7 business days
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized gifts
- Perishable items
- Used candles or opened fragrance products
- Gift boxes once opened
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)
6. Damaged Package on Delivery
If the package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery:
- Please record a video while opening the package, and
- Inform us immediately
This helps us process your request faster with the courier partner.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
If cancellation is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
8. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products
- Reverse pickup charges will be borne by itzforu for approved returns
